Monitta Williams shines as a corporate leader, entrepreneur, teacher, and advocate for youth, dedicated to empowering communities. Her journey spans roles from a financial analyst to the CEO of a successful environmental consulting firm. Her business acumen and commitment to safety training led to major contracts, notably with Los Angeles Community Colleges.
Transitioning from corporate success, Monitta pursued her passion for education, teaching at both theological institutions and in public schools. Her work in integrating technology in education before it became a necessity showcases her foresight and adaptability. Currently, as a licensed financial professional, she is focused on educating others on financial literacy and legacy building.
Originally from the mountains of Wild and Wonderful West Virginia, Monitta followed the love of her life across the country to Los Angeles in search of a new life. The coal miner’s daughter now resides with her husband in Cerritos, California. With 34 years of marriage, they cherish their family, including five adult children and six grandchildren.
Monitta’s life work revolves around creating lasting legacies of resilience, impact, and empowerment. She advocates for living a life that contributes positively to future generations, underpinned by values of character and integrity, as highlighted in Proverbs 31:30-31.
